Culturally diverse in ways it is almost hard to imagine
Indonesia alone has something like 1700 islands most of which are inhabited and each with it’s own culture and way of life.
It’s almost impossible to decide where to even start and you could spend a lifetime exploring and still not see everything, not even half of what is there to be discovered.
We love this amazing and beautiful part of the world and keep returning to it again and again, because it is so rich in culture and heritage and then there is the topography, lush jungles, pristine beaches, high mountains and active volcanos and but a few of it’s attractions. If you have even a passing interest in this part of the world, get yourself there as soon as you can and do what we did, spandexes half a decade discovering its charms.
“The gladdest moment in human life, methinks, is a departure into unknown lands.”
